On Bakery Products like Delivery of Cakes – There are no refunds or exchanges on any of the bakery products if the order is not canceled 24 hours before the delivery time slot.
For a refund on account of being Unsatisfied with the quality, we must be informed within 4 hours from the delivered time, and the sample must be provided to us for testing. It takes about 2 business days for us to revert you on it.
100% money is refunded if the order is canceled 24-hours before the delivery slot time.
