While we always strive for perfection, we understand there may be times when things don’t go exactly as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about our Returns and Refunds Policy:
Order Cancellations
- All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for a refund, as the baking process is already underway.

Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any cakes or bakery items once they have been delivered or picked up.
Refund Policy
We’re committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the quality of the product you received:
- Inform us within 4 hours of receiving the product.
- A photo or physical sample of the product must be shared for internal review.
- Upon evaluation, if the complaint is found valid, a partial or full refund may be processed at our discretion.
- Refund decisions are typically communicated within 2 business days.
When Refunds Are Not Applicable
- If the complaint is raised after 4 hours from the delivery time.
- If the cake has already been consumed or tampered with.
- If the delivery was delayed due to inaccurate address or recipient unavailability.
- Customization limitations (color shades, design interpretations) that do not impact taste or quality.
Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment or issued as store credit, based on the situation.
- Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
