No point visiting the store to enquire about cakes , if you ask them anything the standard reply is to call on the given number or order on the website. If you ask them any questions regarding the cake, you will asked to refer to the website.

Cakes might be good but they should have a board outside the store which says – customers please refer to the website or call the given number since customers aren’t entertained inside the store.

There was also a single fan inside which the worker asked me to use for a bit since there was no ventilation inside the store, once the ‘madam’ came I was told customers are not allowed here and please move away from the fan.

Ordered a customised travel themed cake from Gurgaon Bakers. The team helped me in cooking up and refining the design, and also took my suggestions as per my requirements.
The cake turned out to be so beautiful, and so, so yum. The birthday boy, even though not fond of sweets, liked the cake and ate a lot of it too!
The birthday celebrations were made better with the cake. Going to order again, soon.

Ordered for the first time from them and I was not disappointed. The cake looked amazing and tasted so good. Everyone loved the cake. I was going out of town and had to take the cake with me, I was worried that It won’t hold the shape or get ruined in travel but it held its structure so well. And the quantity was much more then I expected and they delivered on the time that was promised. I’m happy with the whole experience and from now on I’m ordering my cakes from these guys only❤️

Gurgaon Bakers is highly recommended and the whole experience is super smooth and friendly. We had ordered a wedding cake on a very short term notice and they delivered it with flying colors. The cake was looking very pretty and was super yum. Mitali mam was very accommodating and helpful and she customized the cake according to our requirements. Highly recommended for some awesome cakes for any festive occasions.
PS-: Their walnut carrot whole wheat cake is also really yum.

I placed an order for a customized marble cake for Christmas. They were very patient in getting the customization details and baked a fresh cake at 8 AM on the Christmas day as I picked the delivery slot as 10AM to 11 AM. Cake was delicious. We ordered 2 cakes for my son’s birthday. Mr.Ram who took our order was such a polite guy and he helped us in customising what we exactly wanted. The cake was delivered on (before) time. Somehow they forgot to deliver the candles that we ordered but the delivery boy Mr.Mani compensated by going back and getting the candles in next few minutes with a smile. The taste of both our cakes, the look and the flavour was just awesome. Our guests , the kids and everyone loved it. The cake just melted in mouth…wow ! Thank you Gurgaon baker’s team. My next cake order is certainly on you..great work !!

We ordered a car-themed birthday cake for our 2 year old son. We went through dozens of designs offered by some older and established cake makers like Bakingo, Creme Castle etc but couldn’t get the desired design and/or suitable delivery timings. Finally, with a good amount of hesitation, we ordered from Gurgaon Bakers. It was very reasonably priced, well designed and delivered right in time and it turned out to be the highlight of the event. Everyone absolutely loved it. After the party, almost every guest asked the name of the Baker. We were absolutely delighted to have chosen Gurgaon Bakers. Thanks a ton.

Best Bakers in Town. I went there to place an order for a very special cake and some cupcakes. Owner of the store is such a very lovely and humble lady. She personally comes to my office to check the delivery of the items. I really appreciate that and that was happened on time. They make eveything fresh there so don’t except the go and grab. The cakes were AMAZING! It is exactly like the picture we provided , the detail is incredible! It looked too real to eat! We struggled to cut it for a while but once we finally found birthday boy to do it we learned the taste was equally as good as the beauty of this cake! It was my wife’s birthday and had very little time to buy a cake and a good one in short time. . Found Gurgaon Bakers online.
Ordered Chocolate waterfall cake.
The best cake I had do far!! The dripping yummy chocolate, the softness of the cake was just yummy and melts in your mouth.
Through whatsapp they guided effectively and the best customer service experience I had so far.
They kept their promise and delivered little before mid night as I had requested. Ease of payment too.
They have wide variety to choose from for all occasions.

I was looking for good bakeries around me on google and found Gurgaon bakers. Based on google rating and reviews I thought I should try this. I called them, the lady was quite nice and answered my all questions very well after enquiring about everything I placed my order for Butterscotch Cake. The order was prepared within time and it was packed very well.

I went to home cut the cake and it was delicious. Everyone in my family loved the cake. I recommend everyone to order cakes from this place. Believe me you won’t regret it.

I am totally blown away✨ by the cake from Gurgaon Bakers! I ordered a cake from them on the 3rd Anniversary of my Progressive Table Tennis Academy. And it couldn’t have turned out any better. Gurgaon bakers is one of the best bakers in town. I sent them a picture of a cake and they curated the exact same cake which we ate scrumptiously. It just didn’t look good but tasted exactly how we wanted. The owner is a really sweet person, she tries and tells you in prior if there’s any possibility of fluctuations. I am 100% satisfied with their services

The cake that I ordered was Irish Coffee flavour and it was the first time I was ordering from them so was little sceptical but to my surprise the cake that I received was delicious and sumptuous. They delivered it exactly at the time that I preferred and there wasn’t any damage done to the cake during transportation. The delivery guy too was humble. They respond back quickly when you order the cake and the person who receives the order is equally humble. Highly recommended and lets make them grow big

We ordered a fruit cake and the feedback is very positive.The cake was fresh and tasty. Everybody praised . The best part was that as someone sitting outside India , we googled online cake deliveries in Gurgaon and took the leap of faith to order through them. The payment process in Usd was transparent and quick. We ordered at 1 pm for the cake to be delivered at 7 pm, the delivery was delayed by 2 hours. ( some improvement required there) Overall, a very satisfactory experience. Highly recommended !! All the Best

I recently ordered a 2-tier cake for my Parents 25th Marriage Anniversary from Gurgaon Bakers? and I must say their service is awesome. They are the best among all the cake bakers. From the decoration and design of the cake to flavours, everything was bang on. I even requested for some extra decoration and cake toppers and they accepted all my requests and made the cake exactly as i wanted. Their staff is very polite and they reply to all your queries instantly. I also requested last minute change in the delivery address and they politely obliged. Also i don’t live in the main city but they still delivered it to my home. When i was receiving the order, they showed it to me first and asked if i was satisfied with the design and all, after that only they accepted the payment. They also delivered my order on time without any delay. I highly recommend Gurgaon Bakers. They have cakes for all occassions. I myself will be ordering from them only in the future too.

Cake was very good, delivery fast and at the time I choosed. Utterly rude and horrible customer dealings. I experienced it just now. Reading the reviews my brother ordered a photo… cake for my son who has his birthday today. The Order was accepted and payment transferred through wallet. There was an assurance to deliver the cake by 7 PM when my brother spoke with Mitali before transferring the money to her wallet. I tried reaching them at the numbers mentioned in their Facebook page from 3.20 P.M just to understand when we can expect delivery and both the numbers went answered. Then I called the number 9899389313 to which money was transferred and what followed was the most horrible customer service you can ever think off. She said that this type of cakes take atleast 24 hours to which I said that if so, then she should have rejected the order in the morning itself. The distance is not more than 4 Kms and it was mentioned that the delivery may be delayed due to traffic and without any commitment (in her words 7 or may be 7.15 or 7.30 or may be after that). That is no way, right? I was obviously not happy and explained that I can send someone to collect it and was told that the cake might be ready by 6.30. I could not understand what “might be” means. After 5 mins she called up, as rude as ever, cancelling the order and committing to refund the amount to the wallet. I am utterly disgusted by the whole episode. There are no dearth of options in Gurgaon but not much time to get the one I wanted. Gurgaon Bakers miserably failed me and spoiled the day. The product that could have come might be wonderful but surely we can do without this sought of rude and unprofessional behaviour. All though it was committed that money will be refunded, I am not sure whether that would be done, what count more is the rudeness and unprofessional approach of this outlet.read more

11th October, it was my wife’s birthday & cake in her office was a great surprise.
We have been ordering cakes in… our offices (Gurgaon) from many other web sites, but I can’t go with those typical & simple cakes on the most special day. It was thought a lot, to make my wife’s birthday a special day. I checked for few online cake’s websites but can’t find anything better.
With no option left, I thought to send her a flower bouquet, but yet not convinced from inside. On 10th morning, all of sudden I recalled about my old college friend MITALI.
On Mitali’s FB page, I remember that I have seen so many likes / reviews about Gurgaon Bakers. Just, that was it!! I called and told her about my wife’s birthday on 11th October.
Trust me, we spoke for 15 min but only a few seconds about the cake & rest all we discussed about our old friends. On 11th October, MITALI she went to my wife’s office to give her the cake. Truly speaking, my wife was shocked to see a beautiful lady as a delivery girl standing in her office with a cake, till the time Mitali didn’t introduce herself. My wife called me so excited, the moment she saw the cake, – It was heart shaped with birthday wish written so decently. My wife called me again just to say that cake is so very fast & delicious. In fact, all her office colleagues loved the cake. This was I needed. THANK YOU MITALI for the efforts you made.
