4. When to Place the Order?
If you have decided on the baker and are super in love with their designs, then it’s best to book them early to avoid disappointments. Generally, most couples start wedding planning at least one year or six months in advance. So, it’s highly recommended that you book as early as possible.
Remember that wedding cakes are time-consuming and are elaborate confections. Most bakers don’t take up more than a wedding cake order at the same time. So, make sure that you contact your chosen baker as soon as possible.
5. What Size Should I Order?
It’s not necessary that your cake should be big enough to feed all your wedding guests, especially if you have a large celebration with hundreds of guests. You can move the cake cutting to a special ceremony with just a few close friends and relatives.
With that said, you can order huge cakes for the entire gathering if needed. It’s all up to you. But, make sure that you have an approximate idea of the number of guests that you are inviting before placing the order.
